Check out Howard hodgkins work. I am going to try,but I'm glad I found out that he paints OVER the frame as part of the picture. At first I thought the frame Was a painting http://www.abstract-art-framed.com/howard-hodgkin.html :ugeek:

Check out this site for school possibilities. http://online.academyart.edu/innovative ... rson_chase Based in S.F they offer in person or online degrees in animation, illustration, game design, fine art plus much more. Qualifies for Pell grant and other financial aid. Worth a look :ugeek:

That's the first post that actually interests me. But I don't know what those have to do with getting rid of an artists block.

In my opinion artists blocks happen if you force yourself or being forced to draw something you don't like, or you have actually a hard time. In this case you might start to kick something down the road.
