Subject title: What shall I practice?

I want to draw very cool Figures like Sycra sometimes did. I already have read the trick to practice life drawing and i did that, but how do I proceed then? By life drawing I only get better at copying people from photos i feel. What should I practice next?

Unfortunately drawing from photos is only a step one as you've said yourself.
In order to do that same stuff from imagination, you need to study the anatomy. Or at least a simplified one.
There are also various construction models that can help a lot. They tend to make the figures stiff, but you can work on fixing that later on.

There are plenty of great books with anatomy for artists. Personally I really liked Hampton's book. But I think it's good to take a look at different ones as well.
As for the construction methods, I don't really remember what I used. You could check Proko's videos, but for me it felt too rigid.

Just do exactly what you said---try to draw something you find cool. You'll probably fail, and when you do---do it again. Think about what makes something cool to you and apply it in small, throwaway drawings over and over. Just have fun.

Maybe you can try practicing timed gesture drawings. With gesture, instead of copying the model we're suppose to draw what we feel instead rather than copy. This may help you out. Then maybe you can start learning to drawing human anatomy. (I highly recommend Alphonso Dunn anatomy vids on YT)
