Sup mate.
Looking good so far. I can totally feel some anime vibes. For critique I could probably say you should try out more cel shading and less textures while smoothing out the line art. Hope the image ref below helps.

I think it's rendered nicely and more practice is never a bad thing
I like the scarf and the arm that's cut in two
I like the hair clumps
The face under the hand should be darkened and defined, it looks like he has no eyes, this will also help the viewers' eye focus where it needs to focus first: the eyes and hand
The sketch layer of the right guy is just a bit scratchy and messy, get rid of the few unnecessary clumps of black in the hair
