I made this one for another art related site .. There was not enough time to finish it, I used my old sketch. Made vector line work and than fill in some colour.. Even it sounds easy it was (for my time measurement) pretty time consuming. I will appreciate any critiques.. good night

Yes, aangkat might be right. and also Art noveau doesn't work with shading the normal way. In art noveau the characters are usually gradients of one color.
Also I don't think your colors aer working well together. (perhaps someone here that knows a bit more about colour can tell you what exactly)

And your lines aren't art noveau style. Art noveau has thick outer lines and really thin inner lines.

Other then that, I think the figure has some oddities. her neck seems twisted and also as if a part is missing.You connected the clavicles and the neck in an odd way.
the arms are also...
hmmm, how should I put it? Let's say compare the size and length of her left and right fore-arm.

the next thing i'd like to address is that for this style to work, you will have to work on your line work.
How do you make line art? which software and which method?

And last, (maybe not that relevant) but wasn't art noveau mostly symmetrical for the window background?
These are the things I would start addressing.

As I mentioned it is "kind of Art Nouveau". It wasnt really my purpose to copy everything as Mucha did, if I will want to do that I will just colour-pick one of his paintings. I know I used strange colours and it probably is not really working, I'm newbie in colours at all, so this is definitely correct. It is not necessary to use "windows" in art nouveau, just check on google some paintings.. But correct is that there is usually boarder..
I used Paintool SAI for linework (traced my sketch in vector layer and than modified lines), it was my first experience. I really like this software, but as Im newbie there probably are issues.

Regarding anatomy, I have nothing to say. Im not enough educated, so there have to be of course mistakes. Maybe you can draw what do you mean, because it is really difficult for me to see what do you mean especially with neck. I see the arms :/ thanks for pointing that out..

You are not right with thick outer line and really thin lines inside. Lines are to suggest what do you want to show, in some paintings you can see really thick lines even inside of the painting..

ah, my bad about the comment about the lines in art nouveau style. I also "studied" some art noveau many many years ago and that was the impression it gave me. (that's what I kind of remember. but I see the reference you are using is indeed authentic noveau style and the lines are different )

a paint over for fixing your anatomy is something I won't be doing. I'm sorry.
I'm not very motivated to draw for the time being. Perhaps some of the other boys here can help you out. (try mirroring your work. that will also give you a fresh look on it again.)

One more thing I can add as critique though, is check how you draw your hair. that is also one of the things that really define the mucha style. And I think the drapery is also something that really stands out in art noveau. (but as you said, i don't know how far you want to take it in that style )

I'm just giving out some of the first few things I notice or things I would address differently.
