Subject title: Help on this WIP?

I'd like to receive a little help to see and correct some anatomy issues (mainly on her shoulders)...

There are a few things going on to make the shoulders not look right. First of all, there is a perspective issue. The neck needs to be shifted over a little and the center line of the neck and everything is going to be closer to the left side. the next thing is the shoulders don't line up and have no structure to them. I find that sketching in the collarbones and a line to line up the shoulders (because more often then not the shoulders will line up across the body) helps a lot. The last thing I needed to do was to add the overlap of the pec. Overlaps are your friends especially in foreshortening and perspective. I think it might also help to look at reference.
