That depends on what your definition of "ok" is. There is an obvious lack of knowledge here, but you could say it's "ok".

What's the purpose behind this piece if I may ask, is it just for fun?

I mean is it good enough for a beginner? I just started doing some sketches like September of last year, I did some few Portrait Sketches, They said I should get the talent from my Grandfather and Father but I didn't really paid attention to that. Because I know every person can do art, some just needs practice :D (sorry if my english isn't that good)

In that case, yes, it's good for a beginner.

Right now I'd suggest making a sketchbook to track your progress, and just studying+practicing a whole lot instead of trying to get critique on everything you do(you could still post your really polished stuff up here). I'll even move this topic to the sketchbook section if you want. You can still get feedback from everyone in the SB section without us picking your work apart. I'll leave it up to you though.

Before we answer if it's okay or not... question is... Do You find it okay right now? :ugeek:
You will have to get more critic about your work and also develop an eye to see.... really "See" if it's okay or not.
All in all, do your best and keep up practicing! :)
Look closely. Can you really See?!

I think you are on the right track. What exactly are you trying to accomplish however? Fantasy drawings, realistic drawings, carton/anime type of a drawing? Right now, whatever you are doing is "okay" but eventually you won't want to hear it is "okay".
