Subject title: Different Studies n crit

Hi guys

I will try to make this quick. Ive been doing studies of different kind. Stuff like Gesture drawing, Headplanes/facial points and a Landscape drawing.

Since im no pro, i would much appreciate if one could point out errors and mistakes. I really want to improve as much as possible, so critique on each study would be amazing. Also please feel welcome to recommend other studies and tutorials, i was thinking about studying value but i didnt get so far.

Thx anyway, drawing is awesome. Dumping pics.

Hmm, I don't know if there is much advice I can give this early into your drawing endeavors, except observe and practice a lot.

I will say you should take your time measuring everything out carefully, pay close attention to how things line up with each other in your reference material(whatever that may be). A lot of making things feel proportionate has to do with looking at objects or lines around what you are currently working on. For example, on the human head, the ears usually/roughly start at the top of the brow ridge and end at the bottom of the nose.

Spek- yes it is sometimes hard to load pictures here, What's Up with that? as far as your work and a critique, use your reference as your critique, if it doesn't match it's wrong, keep working til it's right, experience is the best teacher :ugeek:

There is probably some sort of private/public feature on that site. I know some websites you have to be logged in to see them. Try uploading the rest on tinypic or imgur(hasn't been working for me well lately for some reason).
