Keep practicing!, try to make a lot of sketches, don't put too much time on it. It's mostly for making youserf confident about making lines. Try to learn from references and then create. Also, it's usually recomended to practice from reality rather than an already stylized draw.
Buy a cheap small block of paper and have it ready everywhere, we use to wait doing nothing a lot of time.
That's really all I can tell you. Trying to learn from theory may be boring for the first steps. Good luck!
