Subject title: Is this illustration too blurry?

Hello
This is my latest illustration. I used mostly soft brushes for it, but because of that I'm having a hard time telling if it's finished.
All critique is appreciated

Quite the opposite, in fact I'd say on the whole it's all a bit too sharp except for some seemingly arbitrarily places lost edges here and there. I think you should give some careful consideration to materials(e.g. Should a bear's fur be sharper than a tree's bark?), and also to optics. If we're meant to be focusing on the little girl and the bear, why are areas that are quite far away from them so detailed and sharp?
