Is this about backgrounds or character composition or both? Can you get something out of this even if you only want to use it for characters?
We have DID (the thing Sycra has).

Quick summary of forum writers:
Artist: she is mainly the one who draws.
Writer: he is usually the one who writes on the forum.
Lawyer: he studies everything, honestly.

this class is about creating full compositions, that includes backgrounds AND characters, you will be able to apply this to everything tho.

its advanced because youre supposed to already know how to draw things directly from your head and straight to the canvas. composition is a hard subject that CAN be learnt in the beggining phase but its a little bit easier on an advanced level.

I wouldn't be too intimidated by the concept of having a background to anyone on the fence because of that. While something like this:

Is an amazingly complete composition that is a good goal to eventually shoot for, even images such as these:

have enough going for them in terms of background and composition, that they have the feeling of being complete and finished images.

Something I feel I should mention as well, I know that I don't have very much art in my sketchbook right now to show you that I know composition. But I do have a lot of experience studying and applying composition from my time with photography, graphic design, and even some film. It's not a perfect reflection of the concepts that I know, since drawn art has more control and freedom then photo, but here are a number of photos I've taken if you want to see my history with composition.

Will these classes take on more students next month if it works well?
I'm not at an advanced level of anything yet, but I know the class would be useful in the future.

every class (except anatomy) will be restarted every month, if you want to hop in, you can :D
sadly enough we cant offer more than 10 seats, because our mentors need a small ammount of students, otherwise they would be overwhelmed; hope you understand :)
