Subject title: Growing young artist. Looking for an experianced mentor

Hello, my name is Graydon, AKA Ecuinach. Most people call me Gray. I am a 16 year old artist that is improving at a rapid rate, but I would really appreciate having a mentor to give me goals, or even "assignments". I often have issues with self motivation so having someone to point me in the right direction would be fantastic. I am a visual learner, so having a webcam or something similar would be extremely useful. I also learn and catch very quickly, usually only needing to learn something once or twice before I "memorize" it.

My strengths and comfort zones are:
Drawing male figures (excluding faces)
Fantasy and medieval designs, usually characters such as knights, demons, and dragons. I typically make these designs "realistic", taking into account how a weapon would work in real life, etcetra.
Science fiction designs.

My major weaknesses are:
Female figures (especially faces and proportions.)
Modern designs and objects such as cars, clothing, etc
Perspective, particularly things like two point perspective.

For the most part, I'm okay with faces in general; but I need practice and work. I also have an issue with mileage, where I only do one or two drawings a week, the rest of the time doing doodles that aren't particularly useful.

If anyone is interested, my Skype is and my Gmail is

Some of my art:
You can call me Gray.
